Introduction
Neo offer various services and resourcing relating to human resources, payroll, recruitment and pensions. We use a third-party software application from MHR Software Ltd (iTrent) to provide services to our clients. In addition to providing software applications, MHR Software Ltd provide the secure ISO27001 accredited data centres used to deliver NEO client services. These data centres are based within the UK and are GDPR compliant. Neo People Management Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office with registration number ZA222406.
How we collect your personal data and information?
Neo do not in the course of normal business collect personal data directly from an individual. Your personal data is supplied to us by our clients as required to fulfil our contractual obligations to those clients. We will process your personal data for our legitimate interests which relate to our contract with your employer also where there is a specific legal obligation. Personal information we collect will be retained where we have ongoing legitimate business needs to do so (for example, to provide you or our clients with a service or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements).
Using your personal data and information
Your personal data may be used by Neo staff within our offices and by authorised data ‘Processors’ for the purpose of delivering the services we contract with your employer. We will only use your information to the extent needed to perform the business function for which we are contracted. We may disclose personal data and information if it is required to do so by law, Court order or for the prevention of fraud or crime. We may also disclose personal data and information in the performance of our contractual obligations to your employer, such as sharing information with HMRC, Pension Funds and other relevant third parties.
From time to time, Neo will provide marketing communications to you in various forms. Communication may come from Neo or through its parent company, the Supporting Education Group (“SEG”) including communications from other companies within SEG. This is in order to provide you with a personalised and targeted service but we also wish for you to have the choice in what communications you receive from us.

Such marketing activities may include sending promotional and commercial communications regarding services offered by Neo and/or SEG. This may include co-marketing or joint sale opportunities, including promotional events, training and webinars.
In some cases, personal data that you provide us is done via group company platforms. This data may be shared and combined with personal data collected throughout your relationship with Neo. Where this is done, it will be communicated to you and, where necessary, obtain your consent before doing so.
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. Please note that we will use customer data for those who have created an application, opted into marketing messages or requested additional information to evaluate its practices and as a method to improve its services. Non-disclosure to Third Parties
We do not supply your personal data to third parties other than those necessary to fulfil of our contractual obligations to our clients.
How long we keep your personal data and information for?
We will only hold your personal data for as long as we have a contractual obligation to your employer or there is a legal responsibility for our retaining the data for audit.
Your Rights
